This FM 2013 Player Profile of Leandro Paredes shows a real gem. Paredes starts the game capable of a rotational spot within most teams and this really aids his development. In the screenshots above he has suffered from a lack of quality opposition in Argentina and Brazil, this kid could really flourish under the right team and manager.

This kid really has a good understanding of the game and provides some unique magic with great technical ability, creativity/flair and a splash speed and agility. Paredes can really produce the unexpected and that is rare to find for just £2.9 million. The only thing holding me back from awarding 10/10 is a profile not upto to his full potential.

Best buy rating: 9/10

I’ve always considered signing this guy but never took a chance on him. Think I’ll give him a try now

For £2.9m he could certainly do a job, good development as well!

I got him at west ham now, after the three first seasons he has a value of 12m£. He is extremely good. I’ve also managed to coach Ryan gauld very good.

Kevin Nolan is like the most perfect mentor with his 19 attribute in Determination.

Other young great players i can recommend is:
Alexander Milosevic – solna AIK
Simon Thern – Malmo FF
Robin Quaison – solna AIK

I’m from sweden so i’ve been coaching a lot of young swedish players:) Cheap and good.

It’s nice to see some real bargains appearing. My only question would be can you get a work permit?

U need to give his guy a 10 out of 10, I bought him for 8.5MIL in 2014 Summer, and his stats were almost as good as the screenshot you’ve got up there at age 27. Anyway, will post you a pic of his stats after a few more seasons, but since he joined, he has already improved on ALL aspects of his game!

Darren if you had to select an all star 11 (no restrictions included) who would you have?

This kid is the best buy. I have tested many saves and he devolps very fast in every save. I use him as “ST (Complete Forward)” I first discovered… (didn’t know he was on this site) I can’t remember but somehow he was in my team (Juventus) reservs I had a player injured and I needed a backup so I looked in my reservs and I was suprised. I started using him right after that moment. He didn’t play that good the first games but I gave him a chance. Next season he devolped, devolped and devolped he also played… Read more »
