Ander Herrera career history until 2019

This FM 2013 player profile of Ander Herrera shows one of the best young playmakers available. The Spaniard develops into a true maestro of the game, Herrera’s passing, dribbling, first touch, technique, flair and creativity all summarize his overall ability. If you want someone that can carry the ball forward, spot passes few others can even contemplate and a midfielder that can engineer a chance from seemingly nothing then look no further, oh and did I mention he’s available for £15 million.

Been looking forward for this guy, looks even better than last year. FM13 looks awesome.

Am a little disappointed with the price of most players though as they are just to expensive and with my team (Sporting Lisbon) I won’t probably have much funds.

Could you tell me if André Carrillo from Sporting is any good this year?

yes my team is FC Porto but i wanted to know if there is any player that increases enough to play for my team.

Darren, could you check on gnarby from arsenal and rony lopes from city? thank you

FRodri
Guest

gnabry that’s right. rony lopez is a portuguese player who played pre season for city.

What about Atsu and Iturbe?

Thank you both

Don’t you guys feel that there is a big difference in pricing for players in this years edition? Last year you could get really cheap players that grew to become world class, and I mean really cheap. This year they’ll be relatively expensive, even though their value is next to nothing. What’s your take on this?

Hey Darren, you guys should profile Tello! He’s less than 6 million pounds — but I am not sure if I should buy him or not…

Hey Darren. Looks André Gomes and João Cancelo, both from SL Benfica, seems to be very good players in the future according with my scout. Will they develop into top players?

Not even gunna hesitate partnering him in the heart of my midfield with Adam Maher… hope they will go well together.

Im in my 2nd season and I’ve got both Adam Maher and Ander Herrera. Do you think a flat 3-man-midfield with Maher as Advanced Playmaker and Herrera as CM Support and then of course with a BWM in the middle would work? Or are Maher and Herrera too similar? How would you play them in the same midfield?

Kerim Frei is recommended! He is a beast!

I Dont know why for the life of me Brendan rodgers Just doesnt go for Ande Herrera he has been amazing for my Liverpool and man utd’s tam i play him centre mid and he has 10 goals in 15 start plu 8 assists and 9 man of the match awards in the game if Rodgers had to splash 20 million id take it

he’s touted as the next andres iniesta by spanish media, bought him for my real madrid save with 15 m bid, superb playmaker who can build possession, play simple passes and orchestrate the midfield, his preffered moves also short of Iniesta, incredible!

he has “plays short simple passes” preferred move which confuses me a little.sometimes he’s being the best option for my midfield, but that little thing may make me a bit superstitious :S.what’s your take on this?doesn’t that effect his assist number some?or should i buy him without any doubt?same thing for strootman too.

Secotti

IMO that preferred must be created for some anchor man or central defenders who usually have 9-10ish passing..a maestro like him must crack his 40-50 yard killer pass in the blink of an eye, he is bought for that, not giving the ball back to victor wanyama who has 10 passing again and again. am i the only one thinks like that? and don’t tell me things like “sometimes players do some simple pre-passes, before starting the attack.” cause i know you got what i mean there

Secotti

of course, he’s not a DLP .He is an AP and plays in CM so i think nobody will use him in another role or position.I just have never tried him because that pref move jigglez my mind.and retraining is a pain in the head,it’s not guaranteed to lose that, needs about half a season and severely slows the players progression.i think i will stick with other guys but thats just me, it’s only my superstition :D.
