Milan Badelj’s career history until 2015

Every year we find those hidden gems, the players that are special and available for a bargain! Well I think this years special one could be Milan Badelj, the Croatian can play almost any role in midfield but is best suited to be an advanced playmaker. Just look at the screenshots above for proof of his potential. Within 5 seasons this wonderkid can pass like a pro and dictates the tempo of a match. £3.6 million is a snap for such talent and you can more than quadruple your investment within two seasons.

Best buy rating: 9.5/10

Hey mate, is it possible to sign him at the start of the game? Benfica seem to get him in all my games no matter how crazy I contract I offer him..

I wonder if you could convert him to CM/DLP support duty. From the screen at the age of 22, i can see he might be best employed on attack duty, but he also has nice ‘defensive’ and ‘linking’ stats. He will never be the most creative player out there or the best in technical skills, but i do believe he is or can be made into one of the best ‘jack of all trades’ midfielder.

Darren How well does Aaron Ramsey and Kwadwo Asamoah turn out Thanks

Okay thanks anyway and carry on the good work

What a player. He’s a defensive playmaker in my team and even though his tackling never goes beyond 12 (spent 1 whole year training tackling and nothing….), his positioning and general intelligence allow him to intercept passes like a pro. The future profile doesn’t do him justice. Darren, you need to find a better one! And also, I’d give him a 10/10 for the price and for being amazing and versatile assist machine.

New game, I coached him on his passing as soon as I could this time and left the physicals alone. After 2 seasons he has 20 passing and 17 creativity. Now he only needs a bit of stamina, agility and maybe composure :) By far my most solid player, never lets me down.

Is probably best suited for Advanced Playmaker, c ertainly would score a lot more, but as a CM with suport duty and main playmaker role, he has an influence in all areas of the game, just doesn’t always get the rating to reflect that.

Check this guy Mobi Okoli. He is total bargain at only 20 k.Just 20 k for such a player.Perfect for lower league teams. I think he definitly deserves profile here.

Prime Time

Badelj was my favorite mc pre-12.2. I had him on several saves and his development was amazing every single time. It didn’t even matter what you played him as, CM-support/attack, DLP, AP, B2B, he did it all. I feel he got hit pretty hard in 12.2 but all in all he is still decent but nowhere near what he was pre-update. Too bad but probably realistic.

He looks like a great way to make money if you’re managing a smaller club, you could do what SLB did in Badelj’s transfer history.

Why the board say. the fans expecting the buy of badelj is poor signing?? i played manchester united. can you tell me why Mister?

and can you tell me Man Utd legend who became staff??

The profit you’ll make from this guy is insane.

I’m in my second season with liverpool. I’ve gotten badelj and vrsaljko right in the first season, and man, badelj performed so well in the first season for me; man city came in with an offer of £28.5m (bought him for £6m) at the start of the second season!!

Would he be suitable for a box-to-box role ? If so, which 2 out of these 3 would you pick for a BBM role ? Badelj, M’vila or Fellaini

The baron

This site is awesome! Been playing fm for years and only just come across it. The work you put in is amazeing and much appreciated. Enough gushing on to business. I play a 3 man midfield 1 dlp and 2 b2b mids, I’m looking for another b2b to make an instant impact. I play a high attacking line so my b2b mid spend most of the time in the hole or ops area. Hamsik is to pricey, could this fella do a job or do you have any other little gems to recommend? Ta

hey i was wondering how did his determination stat go up, i was told the only way it goes up is by tutoring and u cant tutor him at the beginning so how does it go up am i missing something? lol
