This FM 2012 player profile of Dedryck Boyata just shows the wonderkids strength and potential. He may not look amazing in 2011 but by 2019 Boyata has great physical attributes, amazing defensive stats and excellent mental attributes too. Looking at the young Belgian he seems to grow into one of the world’s best defenders meaning you can’t argue with the £15 million asking price. However, you can avoid it by waiting until pre-season of 2012, I bought Boyata for a knocked down £5.5 million after he returned from his loan spell with Bolton.

Best buy rating: 8.5/10

I bought a young central defender Nastasic from Fiorentina with my Pescara side for just 200K. His great for second league. Could you see if he will develop into a decent player, for a top 6 side? thx in advance.

can you see leonel galeano ezquiel munoz and bruno martins indi are good dc ?

ezequiel munoz…is like god of defender..he really good player in 24 age

Boyata is better than Munoz. Perhaps because I managed the Belgian for a year while Munoz was left to be managed by CPU. Got him after my first season just after he returned from loan for 8,5M Euro. After 1 season, Man City want him back and the current offer stands at 15M Euro. Tough luck, you won’t get him back! He’s already my main stopper in the season 2013/14, Lugano, who has many 18-20 attributes, is on rotation. Which is saying something.

Would you play him (and train him) as a stopping or covering defender
