Andriy Yarmolenko’s career history until 2019

I am a huge fan of Yarmolenko for many reasons. Firstly, he is young and versatile, able to play out wide or upfront to equal effect which is rare. Secondly, the Ukrainian is unique in that his general attributes scream out pacey winger, yet he can header the ball and jump quite well with some decent height for added effect…This makes him doubly dangerous if cutting inside from the wings. And finally the kid can score, he has decent finishing and mental attributes but his overall ability seems to leave him with easy opportunities. This guy is a must buy at £8.75 million, just look how many goals he scored for Tottenham!

Best buy rating: 8.5/10

      Defo, he’s a guaranteed success.

    Hey Darren,

If you can could you please see if the following are wonder kids or any good?

Francisco Portillo Soler (Malaga, 21, Spanish, Striker)

Juan Miguel Jiménez López (Malaga, 18, Spanish, Striker)

José Salomón Rondón Giménez (Malaga, 22, Venezuela, Striker)

Francisco Román Alarcón Suárez (Malaga, 19, Spanish, Midfielder

It’d be great if you see, plus i think you have managed a Malaga side before.

If you can’t find out, that is okay.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith November 12, 2011

Hey Jordan, out of those options Miguel Jimenez and Suarez develop into good mid-table players but I’d suggest their potential can be tough to extend beyond that….however, Rondon is very good. I sold him to Liverpool as he struggled for me but done very well in England.

Hey, I’m in need of a new AML. Was wondering what Konoplyanka is like? 21, Ukrainian like Yarmolenko.. Which one should I choose? :)

    • comment avatar Darren Smith April 4, 2012

He decent but not really developed in my saves, I’d say stick with Yarmolenko for security.

  • comment avatar Adam April 23, 2012

Check Leo from Cruzeiro (Brazilian league needs to be added). This kid is one of the best strikers of the game for just 1.1 million.
    Must buy by my oppinion

    • comment avatar Darren Smith April 23, 2012

I’d checked for him with the Brazilian league loaded and can’t find anyone going by Leo at Cruzeiro…what is his full name and are you sure he’s not a regen.

  • comment avatar Adam April 23, 2012

Its just Leo,he is also Brazilian…
There are many resoults on search for him but im sure he is from Cruzeiro and his 17 at the start of the game.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith April 23, 2012

If you go to the players information screen it will say his full name, it won’t just be Leo and I cannot find any player just called Leo aged 17 at Cruzeiro who is a striker…as mentioned I have the Brazilian league loaded so something is incorrect unless you are in a previous patch maybe.

  • comment avatar Adam April 23, 2012

    Ok,his full name is
    Leonardo Bonatini Lohner Naia.
I realy hope this helps…if not check him on google.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith April 23, 2012

Found him, he looks good but I need a future save in which he’s improved more so I’ll dig a little before profiling.

  • comment avatar Dan May 15, 2012

this guy is brilliant signed him for 11million second season at liverpool him and llorente scored 29 goals between them from january to end of season

    • comment avatar Darren Smith May 15, 2012

That sounds like a deadly partnership.

You should create a suggestions post so the site can be better organized. Speaking of which, Carles Gil of Valencia looks awesome.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 1, 2012

We have, there’s 3 links on the home page to it and a rather obvious tab named ‘recommend a player’.

  • comment avatar Dwight June 13, 2012

He is a Next SHEVCHENKO!!! :D

    are you agree MR.DArren? hahaha

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 13, 2012

He is the next Shev in that he could be as big as the legend but no so much so in terms of playing style I don’t think.

  • comment avatar Dwight June 16, 2012

Yeah you right Mr.Darren.. let see yesterday when Ukraine vs france..

he is brilliant in technique.. different with shev who is a good in positioning..

hmm Mr.Darren where i can download the good tactic where there is a 1 target man, 1 AMC,AMR and AML AND 2 CM AND 4 DEFEND?? Because i want buy kovakic and badelj and yarmolenko..

    thanka :D

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 16, 2012

Sorry I don’t use such a tactic so not sure where you’d find one.

  • comment avatar Dwight June 17, 2012

hmm okay mister dont worry. :D now im use a barcelona tic tac tactic..

i want ask about julian WieBmeier.. his price is around 22.M if im not mistaken.. Is His quality is worth the price??

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 17, 2012

That player is not visible in my save to check unfortunately.

  • comment avatar J June 20, 2012

Hi mr darren, is yarmolenko a great Right Winger? And what is your comment if comparing with gabriel torje? Thanks

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 20, 2012

No he’s a left winger, Torje is a right winger so he’d be much better.

      • comment avatar J June 22, 2012

But i always see him playing in the right flank, even in euro 2012 and some youtube movie

        • comment avatar Darren Smith June 22, 2012

He is not a right winger in FM12, hence the reply.

  • comment avatar Elimist September 7, 2012

I love using this guy, he’s like the poor man’s Ronaldo to me. Great heading ability, able to finish(after some settling in) and always able to offer a cross in.
Unfortunately, his stats are not the kind that makes managers go, “Ah, I’m glad I got him.” Nevertheless, performances speak for themselves.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith September 7, 2012

Definitely but I think the more experienced managers can look at those stats and see the all round ability that leads to his performances…it isn’t always about 17′s and 18′s in attributes.

      • comment avatar Elimist September 11, 2012

Having had the pleasure of using him, I whole heartedly agree. I hope I’ll get the experience to spot such potential in the future.

        • comment avatar Darren Smith September 11, 2012

Well if you struggle to find similar players in FM13 then we are always here to help.

  • comment avatar Toby September 22, 2012

I can’t sign Yarmolenko, he keeps on failing his medical – I changed game but I think it’s a pre-FM injury.

Come the time I can sign him the lowest his team will accept is 14,000,000.

Is there a way to avoid the whole medical process?

    • comment avatar Darren Smith September 22, 2012

No otherwise that would be unrealistic as there’s no way to avoid the medical in real life.

      • comment avatar Toby September 23, 2012

Ooh aye, it’s just annoying that you can’t sign injured players who don’t have long-term conditions.

Is he injured at the start of your games mate?

  • comment avatar Toby September 23, 2012

Alright mate, just though I’d drop a note. You can sign injured player if you have no physios. Managed to bag him in the end!

    • comment avatar Darren Smith September 23, 2012

Very interesting, I didn’t realize that was possible. Certainly an interesting way around it and worth noting.

      • comment avatar Toby September 23, 2012

Just quick note to say to say cheers for the site itself Darren, you’ve done a fantastic job!

  • comment avatar Mattias J Arenty January 1, 2013

i have Willian and this guy, Which one should i use as a striker between them i used Willian for a half season as striker 18 goals in 27 matches.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith January 1, 2013

Seen as Yarmolenko is more familiar with the role and Willian not at all I think common sense says Yarmolenko.
