Andile Jali’s career history until 2019

This FM 2012 player profile of Andile Jali reveals how far the South African can progress. While Jali prefers a defensive midfield position he can be retrained to thrive in central midfield as a real stopper. The wonderkids mental and physical attributes are excellent and develop enough to warrant bids from the worlds elite but he can be yours for just £350K…an absolute bargain considering he moved to Fiorentina for £23.5 million in my future save. Simply put Jali is consistent, a rock in the middle and an absolute must have bargain. Not to mention he’ll move to some Championship clubs!!

Top flight best buy rating: 9/10

Championship best buy rating: 10/10

I’ve got him for Wolves and his stats near enough replicate the ones posted for 2019 up there and am only half way through my second season. His stats have been going up regularly.

Yeah you’ll find many of these players improve much faster under your own guidance…I don’t think they get the proper coaching and one on one time needed with the CPU in charge :)

From the off do you think he would get a work permit in England ?

    • comment avatar Darren Smith January 8, 2012

Definitely, I signed him with Newcastle.

Wonderful signing. I have him at Newcastle also, really progressed well. I let him go on loan to Napoli for the first two seasons, he has come back a top player(3.5* CA) He is a little better than that future screenshot posted too.

I can imagine him being better than seen above for sure…my Newcastle save lasted one season before I started my Scarborough save but Jali played almost every game and seemed solid on the ball.

Well I have been using him as Cabaye’s understudy, with Yohan tutoring him too. I use Cabaye as a Deep-Lying Playmaker(Support), which is the perfect role for Jali. I have already turned own a few high bids from Italy from him, I want him to replace Yohan in a couple of seasons.

    Hey Darren,

    How are you?

You should take a look at Dusan Djuric, he looks like one who could wreak havoc in the Championship and even make it into lower-half sides of the Premiership.

    Maybe he’s worth a profile.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 16, 2012

Hey, I’m good thanks, enjoying all the Football we’ve been treated too with the Euro’s ;)

As for Djuric, he’s far too expensive unfortunately.

      • comment avatar N.Loureiro June 16, 2012

The Euro has shown no surprise so far, not even Holland – I always knew their defence was crappy.

As for Djuric… Not even for the Premiership?

        • comment avatar Darren Smith June 16, 2012

He’s not good enough for what we look for at that level. He’d never make it into the best teams potentially.

This guy is a beast! I’m glad I signing him for my team.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 28, 2012

He is great, one of a few players I look to sign most saves.

This guy reminds me of kwadwo asamoah…somehow…

    • comment avatar Darren Smith July 31, 2012

Seems like a different type of player to me personally.

  • comment avatar Jack August 5, 2012

What role would you give him Darren?

    • comment avatar Darren Smith August 5, 2012

You shouldn’t give him a role based around his skills but more around your tactic…could do CM or Ball winning though.

      • comment avatar Jack August 5, 2012

Ah ok, I use your Scarborough tactic you see for Aston villa and was wondering whether cm support or ball winner defend would be best?

        • comment avatar Darren Smith August 5, 2012

Either, its more a case of the other players I’d say…he can be equally as good in both roles so go off what the over CM is best at.

  • comment avatar Jack August 5, 2012

Cheers for that. Great site by the way I hope you keep it up for fm13 :)
