This FM 2012 Championship Player Profile of Bressan shows the ultimate lower league signing and a cheap top flight signing too. Bressan could do well with any mid-table Premier League side, so just imagine what he’d be capable of in the Championship. During Karl’s save he signed on with Besiktas, his first season saw 12 goals and 8 assists, demonstrating just how lethal he can be. Then just to sure up his quality, the playmaker moved to Dortmund and lit up the Bundesliga. For a fee of £1 million and wages of £5K per week, this kid is a must buy…I personally would see what he expects wage wise from your club, then up it by 40% to be sure he’ll sign.

Championship best buy rating: 10/10

Top flight best buy rating: 8/10

Love bressan, can become one of europes top midfielders. Do you think he deserves a top flight rating?

    • comment avatar Darren Smith May 23, 2012

Yeah maybe, but only if there is a great future profile as the ones I have aren’t quite good enough.

      • comment avatar Karl May 23, 2012

I’ll have a look tomorrow and email you them if they’re good enough

Bressan is a cheap and very good option. I started one save in West Ham and he was a really great, staying until 2015 always with great ratings. In my current save he’s at F.C. Porto, being signed from Shakhtar in a bussiness worth 15M€, with ratings always above 7.30.
In resume, I highly recommend Bressan.

    Cheers!

He is a very good player and its always a bonus to find someone so cheap.

good player but what do you think of Christian Derflinger he plays for Bayern u19s

    • comment avatar Darren Smith May 31, 2012

He’s not got enough potential to play at the top level and isn’t good enough to make an instant impact in the Championship I’m afraid.

what about youseff Msakni from es tunis. what do you think of him

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 2, 2012

He’s not visible on my save to check unfortunately.

Can you profile Fabian Himcinschi and Leigh Griffiths both get 20+ goals

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 4, 2012

Fabian Himcinschi isn’t good enough and while he can improve that isn’t good enough for the Championship as by the time he improves you’d expect to be established in the EPL of which is too higher a standard for him. Griffiths is a good recommendation though, I’ll be doing him.

Only problem is I don’t have career history on Griffiths, can you provide screenshots of his attributes and career history even if its just after the first season?

  • comment avatar Walker June 4, 2012

I signed Griffiths at Middlesbrough and sent him straight out on loan to league one. He is scoring goals for fun !!!!

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 4, 2012

I will profile him, but could do with better future screenhsots first to offer the best rating.

  • comment avatar Walker June 4, 2012

Need a good AMC as at the minute i am taking a risk with Jose Baxter, who is a decent player but isn’t a first teamer quite yet so i think Bressan is my answer when the transfer window opens back up !!!

    • comment avatar Darren Smith June 4, 2012

I reckon he’d be a perfect signing for that.

  • comment avatar lukeyt June 4, 2012

This guys a no brainer 22 assists and 13 goals from AMC in first season settles in straight away and can really pick a pass out the bag turned down an 18m bid from man city for him!

i cant find any of these players on my fm12 game, am i doing something wrong?

    • comment avatar Darren Smith July 2, 2012

You must only have a small database loaded, you need to the large database loaded to find decent talent.

  • comment avatar Yayy July 2, 2012

I buy Bressan in almost all my saves that are Second-First Division.

In the Championship he is an absolute star.
Will also serve you very well if you get promoted.
Even when your team finally does improve to see him out of the Best XI, Bressan becomes extremely handy depth player that can rotate and perform when required.

If not even that he will definately fetch a nice profit. I’ve had Juve, Chelsea, Porto and the likes offer 10-13 million when he was still a regular in my side.

    • comment avatar Darren Smith July 3, 2012

He is certainly on of the best players at Championship level and one of few capable of taking his performances to the top flight.

  • comment avatar Jack August 9, 2012

What role would you suggest for such a player?

    • comment avatar Darren Smith August 10, 2012

Depends on your tactic, but any attacking or supporting role.

  • comment avatar Mubiru September 13, 2012

Excellent player. He has won my play of the year four years running in La Liga and I have come 12th, 2nd, 3rd and 5th. My squad has progressed over the years but he has been a mainstay in my side. Deadly from corners aswell. I play him cm in a midfield 3 as supporting advance playmaker. Dictates the game superbly. Bressan is a special player on FM 2012.

I agree he is very special indeed, and at a bargain price he’s a no brainer.
