This FM 2012 Championship Player Profile of Adrian Aldrete does all the talking for me. Aldrete is a classy young left back that can even make it in the EPL. During my save he signed on with Wigan, performing consistently over the entire season meant the young Mexican tied down a first team spot featuring in 32 matches. All this indicates the 23 year old would be one of the best Championship left backs available and his asking price of £1.8 million isn’t too bad considering he’d be an investment even after promotion. Adrian demands around £10K a week wages, again not bad considering his quality.

Best buy rating: 9.5/10

It would be better if you post his future SS when he’s 26 or so. ;)

He is a decent back, but he doesn’t have enough quality to play in the EL does he?

I played him with Wolves for the first 3-4 seasons where I finished 7th, 6th, 5th and 3rd. He was maybe my weakest link on my team, but he still mangaged to do a rating above 7.00. As his skills indicates he is quite the average player, and his performance is there after. Obviously he is not Manchester United material, but for anything below top 6 I think he is a safe buy until a regen pops up that can do better.
