Adryan Starting Attributes
Here is a very good 15 year old prospect. He is a fast, very technical and creative player, who would be ideal for the trequastria role. Although his aerial ability can be improved on, he has incredible potential for a 15 year old, and, although he won’t be good for many clubs now, in 6 years he will be a very good player. Another major pro is his tiny asking price. He has a release clause of £170,000, an incredibly low sum, and often Flamengo are prepared to negotiate even lower. This sum makes the player easily worth the risk, as you are practically guaranteed to at least make a profit. The one problem with signing him is that he won’t be able to move to your club until he is 18 (Unless you manage a South American club). This makes the transfer slightly annoying, as you would have to wait three years before actually being able to play him. However, the pros far outweigh the cons, and it is obvious that Adryan would be a great signing for any club
Here, Steve Rowley emphasizes the one problem with Adryan – his mentality. Altough a balanced personality isn’t bad, it isn’t great either, and he could be left behind by more determined rivals. He also shows Adryan to be an inconsistent performer, something which isn’t great either. He’s still worth signing, but it might be a good idea to get him tutored by a more determined, consistent player while at your club.
Adryan in 2015
To be honest, this isn’t great. He hasn’t developed at all as I had hoped, and he now spends his time being shipped out on loan by Flamengo. What killed him was probably the fact that he never moved to Europe and didn’t get enough first team experience at Flamengo. He is still a good player here, just not quite as good as he could have been…
My Overall Best Buy Rating: 9/10
This is based on the fact that he is incredibly cheap and you can almost certainly sell him for a large profit.
