Vincent Pajot’s career history until 2016
This FM 2012 player profile of Vincent Pajot may show great technique but Pajot knows how to play the game and has the athleticism to hold his own in midfield. You will need a little bit of patience, using the midfielder in a rotational system to begin with bit after a few seasons this player will stat to shine. As seen in the screenshots above this youngster develops a great understanding of the game and some fantastic physical attributes. In my future save Pajot was a real star in France and with the right development you could make him even better by focusing on those technical short comings. Either way £2.2 million is a small price to pay for such promise.
Best buy rating: 8/10

The scout was right he is only 2,5 stars player. He can provide a good backup on midfield.
Best role, looking to his attributes, Deep Lying Play maker?
I’d say so yes.
Looks like a Cabaye in the making. Incredible buy and just the kind of cheap young CM I’ve been looking for. I’ve been buying Badelj and Jenssen to death in my FM saves and have been constantly looking for alternatives. Looks like Pajot fits the bill perfectly, thanks for the profile!
He does seem like a very well rounded player and perhaps needs work technically to really excel but still a good buy especially considering the price.
He had a good rute in his career, I would try ,I am curious about his game and i like very much his work rate.Nice job.
Yeah I think his work rate was what first caught my eye, you can’t undervalue that and teamwork for midfielders.
Hi Darren, great site, thanks for all the hard work. I’m currently managing Blackpool and wondering if you could tell me anything about the following players; Matt Phillips, Jason Steele, Davide Petrucci and Ravel Morrison. Thanks a lot.
Thanks Oisin, glad the site has helped. Unfortunately all I can tell you about those players is they aren’t worth a profile, Morrison could make something of himself but hasn’t as yet in my saves while the rest just don’t develop with the CPU’s management, whether it would be different with a humans management I’m not sure. I certainly wouldn’t shell out for them if you want to be mid-table within the premiership in a few seasons though, because your team will outgrow them quickly.
Thanks very much Darren, I’ll look for alternatives.
Darren, can you do a profile on Tom Cairney?
He’s not got a good enough future profile I’m afraid.
